On September 25,2020 , the "Science and Innovation in China" Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Activity(Medical Device Session) and the opening ceremony of Wuhan Textile University-TACRO Medical Device Technology Transformation R&D Center was successfully held on the Sunshine Campus of Wuhan Textile University. The activity was hosted by Minghua Jiang, Vice President of Wuhan Textile University. 8 school-enterprise cooperation projects were signed, and 6 innovative projects were promoted by roadshows.
Secretary Yiliang Wei expressed his sincere welcome to all leaders, experts and guests participating in the event on behalf of Wuhan Textile University in his speech. He said that the university will do a great job in project docking services, realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as soon as possible, and make contributions to economic development.
Deputy curator Xiaodong Pang expressed his warm congratulations on the successful convening of the event on behalf of the Hubei Linking Point Working Group of the "Science and Innovation in China" pilot city construction, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all sectors of the society in Hubei who have cared and supported the development of the China Association for Science and Technology for a long time. He pointed out that the medical device industry, as an important part of the pharmaceutical industry, is a typical multi-disciplinary, knowledge-intensive, capital-intensive high-tech industry, and should become a key focus and support direction for the construction of "Science and Innovation". He hopes that the Hubei Association for Science and Technology system will further gather massive resources of scientific and technological innovation talents, further strengthen model exploration, promote the implementation of "Science and Innovation China" in Hubei, and better serve local enterprises and the high-quality development of the regional economy.
